1 Day trips are by far our most popular adventure which include a river side lunch and many class III rapids such as Baptism, Kiss n Tell, Maytag, Overboard, Exhibition and Mescal Falls.
3,4,5 day trips venture into the 1984 federally designated Salt River Canyon Wilderness. 52 spectacular river miles challenge Class IV rapids such as Eye of the Needle, Pinball and Quartzite Falls.
2 Day trips take you past the rivers namesake, the Salt Banks, and into the beautiful 1.4 billion year old white granite gorge with more rapids such as Rat Trap and the Ledges on this 20 mile journey.
Camp Out trips allow you to car camp at our base camp before or after your trip, and we cook and clean!
Inflatable Kayaks raise the adventure level for thrill seekers when the water gets lower.
Half Day trips get those with budget or time constraints onto the water.
Other Trips include boy scout merit badges, custom charters and our super one day wilderness trip. |
Hey Mike and Staff...
I have lived in Arizona my entire life. I have tubed on the lower salt many times. Last year i heard about whitewater rafting on the Salt, but I could not believe there was enough water to do that having only seen the lower end. So I drove up last year to see for myself and yes… you can raft! This weekend (march 28th), me and a friend and his sons came up for our first ride. WOW! It was so much fun. We decided that your ride is only as good as your guide…and Simon made our trip so much fun. He is very knowledgeable and had us doing fun things like spins that really added to the adventure. You were all very friendly, knowledgeable and kept everyone safe. Anyway, thanks again, and I can’t wait for trip number 2!
